Great news!!! My niece and her family are working hard to adopt a baby. They've decided to love someone from Ethiopia and have begun the long journey ahead of them. I am impressed by their love and the commitment of everyone, including their children!
I think that those people who choose to adopt are heroes. Just like foster parents, and everyone else who selflessly shelters people and animals who need a family to love and belong with.
I've decided to support them in the small ways I can, like posting links to their adoption blog http://maryandnathanthew.blogspot.com and with encouragement and love. When we open our hearts we receive a rush of love, inspiration and friendship from those around us.
I feel great already!!!
